Educational Accreditation |
The British Columbia Ministry of Education has certificated BCISB since September, 2007. Each school year, an examination of BCISB is conducted by the Independent School Branch of the MOE located in Victoria, British Columbia. The most recent certificates are posted and new ones added as they are received.
The annual Certification process consists of a three day evaluation conducted by a B.C. Independent School's Branch Inspector. Management, school administration, teaching and support staff are included in the process. Data is gathered, analyzed, and reported on. Suggestions for Improvement are shared with the school. A Certificate will not be issued unless the Inspector is fully satisfied with the school’s performance.
